0.5T per Hour RO System

The RO-0.5T/H Reverse Osmosis Purification System uses advanced single-stage low-pressure reverse osmosis technology to purify tap water. Combined with a carefully designed filtration and adsorption system, it effectively removes bacteria, residues, heavy metal ions, and other health-harming substances, including trihalomethanes, fluoride, and other carcinogenic or pathogenic compounds that conventional methods cannot eliminate.

The selection of the reverse osmosis membrane is critical. Based on a comprehensive balance of various factors:

• For systems with a water output above 5 tons/hour, 8040 membrane elements are more appropriate.

• For systems below 3 tons/hour, 4040 membrane elements are recommended.

• For systems producing 3–5 tons/hour, either 8040 or 4040 elements can be used depending on the design.

Membrane selection is based on raw water quality and user design requirements. The desalination rate, permeate flow rate, and recovery rate of the membrane are the three key parameters, which are determined during the manufacturing of the membrane element.
