The industrial reverse osmosis (RO) system is primarily used for the production of purified water for industrial processes. Depending on customer requirements, different treatment processes can be employed to produce purified water that meets specified quality standards. The output water conductivity can reach as low as 0.055 µS/cm to 10 µS/cm.
This system is widely applicable in industries such as food and beverage production, electronics and optoelectronics, chemical and metallurgy, power plant boilers, electroplating and coating, precision machinery, and the automotive industry.
II. Technical Principle
Industrial reverse osmosis equipment operates using membrane separation technology, which relies on the selective permeability of membranes and pressure differentials across the membrane surface. When the applied pressure exceeds the osmotic pressure of the solution, water molecules pass through the membrane to the fresh water side, and are collected through a collection pipe and discharged from the fresh water outlet.
The Youlikai Environmental RO system uses high-quality imported composite reverse osmosis membranes, capable of continuously removing the majority of inorganic and organic substances from water, thus achieving purification.
III. Features
The system operates under ambient temperature using a physical, phase-free process to remove salts and impurities. State-of-the-art thin-film composite membranes can achieve a salt rejection rate of over 99.5%, while also removing colloids, organic matter, bacteria, and viruses.
RO membranes offer high desalination rates, long service life, and low operating costs.
Pipeline welding is performed either manually by certified welders (Grade 4 and above) or using German-imported automatic welding machines, ensuring smooth, uniform, and aesthetically pleasing welds.
The system is equipped with high-efficiency, low-noise, and reliable booster pumps from leading domestic and international brands.
Real-time online water quality monitoring ensures water safety and allows immediate response to quality changes.
The fully intelligent operating system enables remote monitoring and control via internet or mobile phone, allowing convenient start/stop operations anytime.
Precision quartz sand is used in the filtration unit, offering three times the performance of standard quartz sand and providing multi-level protection for the RO membranes.
High iodine value imported coconut shell activated carbon is used, offering over five times the adsorption capacity of regular carbon, effectively extending the lifespan of both RO membranes and EDI systems.
The system does not require large quantities of chemical agents or acid/alkaline regeneration, resulting in no chemical wastewater discharge and no environmental pollution.
The industrial reverse osmosis system can run continuously, is easy to operate, and delivers stable product water quality
