Water Treatment Process: Single-stage RO / Double-stage RO / Double-stage RO + EDI / Polishing Output Capacity: 0.5 to 500 tons per hour Water Quality: Resistivity ≥ 18.25 MΩ·cm or Conductivity ≤ 0.055 µS/cm (at 25°C) Footprint: 5–400 square meters
Product Overview:
The well water purification system is designed to remove excessive minerals from groundwater and purify turbid well water. Prior to treatment, a detailed water quality analysis should be conducted to determine a targeted purification plan. Well water is typically hard water, which contains high levels of calcium, magnesium, fluoride, and other ions. Long-term consumption of hard water may lead to health issues such as kidney stones.
Well water composition varies greatly by location—some may have excessive fluoride, calcium (commonly referred to as “nitrates”), iron, or manganese. Accordingly, the purification approach must be tailored to local water conditions. Reverse osmosis (RO) has become a mature and widely adopted technology for this purpose.
Water Treatment Process Flow:
Raw Water Tank → Raw Water Booster Pump → Quartz Sand Filter → Activated Carbon Filter → Automatic Water Softener (optional) → Security Filter → First-stage RO System → Pure Water Tank → Distribution Pumping System (optional)
Applicable Industries and Use Cases:
◆ Primarily used for water purification in large industrial parks and residential areas. ◆ Suitable for quality water supply in office buildings, hotels, and guesthouses. ◆ Applicable for on-site water treatment in oil fields, coal mines, and mining areas.
