Wastewater Sludge Dewatering Screw Press also called Screw Press Sludge Dewatering Machine, can be applied in many industries, especially for oily sludge, activated sludge with good treatment effect, the raw material water content can be 80% after treatment. According to the features of the sludge, the water content can reach 60% or even lower.

• Construction material quality strictly control. All parts contacted with sludge made by SS304 or SS316 etc.
• Each stacked screw body can be opened or stopped individually.
• The main body is segmented design to facilitate later maintenance, and the double-layer design of the support board ensures the stable operation of the equipment, and the three-stage combination is combined.
• Screw shaft: After welding, the whole finishing, the blade surface hardening and supersonic spraying reinforcement. Hardness can be 1100 HV. Service life can over 10 years.
