Wedge Wire Screen Basket is the key part in the dewatering equipment of centrifuge and mainly used in the dehydration of centrifugal dehydrator. The wedge wire basket is made from Vee wire and support rod. The support rod are resistance welded onto the profile wires to form a firm structure. Wedge wire screen basket has a narrow top and a wide bottom, which is suitable for various centrifuge machines.
Material
Low carbon steel, high-manganese steel, stainless steel SS304,304L, 316, 316L, 2205 austenitic stainless steel, Hastelloy, etc.
